I am Suzana Grieme, a coach and strategic thinking partner for women navigating important choices in career, leadership and life.
I built StandOutJane for the woman who is already successful — and who knows, quietly, that she has not yet fully arrived in the life she is capable of building.
I recognise that feeling because it has shaped my own path too.
I have stood at my own turning points. I know what it feels like to stay too long in a version of your life that no longer fits you. To sense that something more is possible — and keep waiting for the right moment to go for it.
The moment things shifted for me was the moment I stopped waiting.
I believe confidence is not something you wait for. It is something you build by acting — before you feel ready, before the timing is perfect, before you have permission from anyone else.
That is the work I now do with other women: helping them stop circling the same questions, trust what they know and move forward with clarity and courage.
I am direct. I will ask you the question you have been avoiding — because it is usually the one that matters most. I am warm. I genuinely care about the women I work with in a specific, I-will-remember-what-you-said-three-sessions-ago way. And I am strategic. My perspective has been shaped by over a decade of corporate experience and by living and working across Amsterdam, London and Dubai. At the centre of everything I do is a commitment to ethics, integrity and acting in the best interests of my clients.
